Personal data received from the Data Owner is used to control TUNÇMATİK’s sales, rental and supply management issues, invoicing, making legal notifications, delivery transactions, tracking customer demands and/or complaints, managing business processes, promoting all kinds of products and services, advertising. communication, promotion, marketing, determining usage habits, sending commercial electronic messages, enabling customers to benefit from products and services, planning sales, rental and marketing activities of products and services, fulfilling contractual and legal responsibilities completely and accurately, creating special services for members. It may be processed for the purposes of creating member/visitor records, correctly planning, executing and managing commercial collaborations, management and communication activities and strategies, improving the services offered on our website and eliminating errors that occur on the site.

6.Transfer of Personal Data

Personal data received from the Data Owner is provided by TUNÇMATİK to the persons, institutions and/or organizations required and/or permitted by the relevant law and other legislative provisions, public legal entities authorized to receive the data, the company’s shareholders, employees, domestic/foreign subsidiaries, service providers, It may be transferred to domestic/international persons, institutions, organizations and/or other third parties with whom it has received and/or cooperated.

7.Your Rights Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698

By applying to TUNÇMATİK, your personal data;

2. Requesting information if processed,
3. Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
4. Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically/abroad,
5. Requesting correction if it has been processed incompletely/incorrectly,
6. To request deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698,
7. Requesting notification of the transactions made in accordance with paragraphs (d) and (e) above to third parties to whom it has been transferred,
8. Objecting to a result that is unfavorable to you due to being analyzed exclusively by automatic systems,
9. If you suffer damage due to illegal processing, you have the right to demand compensation for the damage.

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, you can submit your requests regarding your personal data to TUNÇMATİK, along with information/documents identifying your identity; You can apply to us by registered letter, e-mail or other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Your application will be evaluated by TUNÇMATİK as soon as possible and you will be responded to free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request.
